A popular summer destination located less than a 2 hours drive north of Toronto the sandy shores of Wasaga Beach are home to the longest freshwater beach in the world. Frequented by seasonal cottagers and daily visitors the 5 beach areas provide a variety of different amenities nearby. Clear Blue Water

Wasaga Beach Provincial Park was the first beach in Ontario to achieve Blue Flag status. This internationally recognized environmental distinction is awarded to beaches that meet the strict criteria focused on water quality, environmental management, environmental education, safety and services.  During the summer Blue Flags are flown along the beach in Beach Areas 1, 2, and 5.

Blue Mountain

Only a thirty minute drive west of the beach Blue Mountain is home to a variety of outdoor activities including golf courses, mountain biking, ropes courses, ziplines, scenic caves and an open air gondola ride up the mountain.
